1. Human Rights and Civil Society Strengthening
1 . An engaged youth citizenry who exercise individual agency and collective action in defending and promoting human rights and democratic governance.
2 . Increased accountability of duty bearers in upholding human rights and democratic governance
3 . The operating environment for civil society actors is safe, secure and strengthened.
4 . Actively engaged Youth HRDs influencing a conducive legal and policy framework on human rights protection and democratic governance
5 . Enhanced capacity of Youth HRDs.
Goal
2. Wealth Creation & Economic Justice
1 . Youths are organised and actively participate in productive sectors of the economy.
2 . A broad-based youth movement of economic freedom fighters is built and working together in pursuit of economic justice and transformation.
3 . Eradication of all forms of economic exploitation including modern slavery in the informal and formal sectors of the economy
4 . Government is influenced to develop and advance progressive laws, policies and strategies aimed at enhancing and protecting socio-economic rights of the youth
5 . Duty bearers are influenced to increase financial and technical investment towards fighting poverty and inequality

3. Anti-Corruption & Rule of Law
1 . Youth and civic groups are organized and empowered for collective action in the fight against corruption
2 . Youth and civic groups influence a decrease in corruption at the point of delivery of public services.
3 . Youth and civic groups influence a decrease in corruption in public procurement
4 . Strengthened Rule of Law in the fight against corruption
5 . Civic groups influence a culture of integrity amongst duty bearers and youth.

4. Gender and Social Inclusion
1 . Youth, women and community structures are mobilised and actively lead in the fight against GBV, child marriages and exploitation.
2 . Young women and adolescents access comprehensive sexual and reproductive health services
3 . Women and girls at risk of violence and survivors access lifesaving and specialised GBV services
4 . Laws and policies on Gender Equality are enforced
5 . Rights of traditionally marginalized groups such as youth with disability, persons with albinism, Commercial Sex Workers, the elderly, LGBT, and Prisoners, street kids are protected.
