On July 30,2024, we conducted a webinar titled 'Financial Literacy for Youth'. It was attended by 52 young people and it equipped them with skills to run and sustain business hubs.
Established an online platform with 100+ active youth participants for sharing opportunities and fostering a movement on economic justice.
On Augast 5, 2024, we engaged the Ministry of Labour in a webinar attended by 32 youths to explore technical and vocational training and labour export programs.
We facilitated youth-government dialogue during a webinar focused on youth policies and economic empowerment initiatives.The ministry addressed youth empowerment policies, particularly in relation to the Labour Export Program, which provides economic opportunities for young people to work abroad.
We have successfully Mapped three potential donors including; Metro Phoenix Trust, Egmont Trust, and Trust Africa. So far, Metro Phoenix Trust has approved our concept note. This marks a key step toward sustainable funding for youth-focused economic justice programs.
As part of our donor engagement efforts, we have developed one high-quality concept note, which has been approved by Metro Phoenix Trust. We are now in the process of developing a full proposal based on this concept note.
